Ndileka Mthembu
is the founder and Senior Director. She Is also an admitted attorney of the High Court and an entrepreneur at heart. She attained her LLB Degree from the University of Pretoria. Ndileka has experience in family law, commercial litigation, debt collection in terms of National Credit Act and estate planning.
Her experience places her in good stead, in running and managing the MSM & Associates. Ndileka is well acquainted with the new developments in law and stops at nothing to keep abreast with these developments.

Sindiso Sibanda
acquired his LLB degree from the University of South Africa and is currently under examination for a Master’s in Income Tax Law with the same institution. Sindiso comes from a purely technical background, in the beverage industry as well as experience in running business from a manufacturing space.
He brings with him solid operational skills which the firm has tapped into.
