Our Story
She worked at Snail Attorneys as a legal assistant where she gained administrative and legal drafting skills which play profound roles in the legal fraternity.
She then joined Mkhize Attorneys where she gained experience and knowledge in High Court Practice, Magistrate Court Practice, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court Practice, Constitutional Court Practice, Labour Dispute Resolution (litigation at CCMA from conciliation to arbitration). She further gained extensive experience and knowledge in doing litigation in the following legislations; Labour Relation Act 66 of 1995, as amended, Employment Equity Amendment Act 47 of 2013, Basic Condition of Employment Act of 1997,
as amended, Criminal Procedure Act 51 of 1977, as amended(CPA), Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, as amended (PAIA), Reviews applications in terms of PAJA (Promotion of Administrative Justice Act 3 of 2000) and in terms rule 53 of the High Court rules, Matrimonial Property Act 88 of 1984, as amended, Divorce Act 70 of 1979, as amended, Delictual claims for medical negligence & defamations, National Credit Act 34 of 2005, as amended(NCA) and claims in terms of Road Accident Fund Act 19 of 2005 , as amended.
